Our senior team of affiliated Executive Coaches have guided hundreds of senior executives to achieve long held ambitions and to excel in their performance.

How we work:

  • Gaining a true sense of potential by utilising unique tools developed over many years by John Lees which have been trusted by a broad range of readers of his bestselling career development books.
  • Spending time with expert support to thoroughly ascertain your strengths and areas of success to build rigorous development plans and a clear line of sight to reach your career pinnacle.
  • John’s methods have secured his position as Britain’s most published and quoted careers guru and have enabled clear recognition of strengths to be exploited for greater success.

Resilience

We also have an important focus on resilience-building, drawing on John’s recent book ‘Secrets of Resilient People’.

Networking and Communicating

Work with our coaches to learn how to communicate your personal brand and gain support. Determine and hone your natural style to gather information, sharpen your strategy, gain credibility and communicate to those that matter in a way full of integrity but ultimately powerful. Our programmes cover all aspects from the basics to a personal masterclass – including the use of Linkedin (with a high proportion of executives securing their next role via Linkedin, become an expert and gain control of your online presence).
